Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Degree in an Engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or R&D Engineering)
*
At least 5 years working experience in the related field, preferably in R&D environment or material research
*
Experience in material selection, material formulation and good understanding of material properties
*
Experiences in dealing with suppliers on material selection and liaison between suppliers and R&D team
*
CAD knowledge is preferable
*
Good understanding of DOE and design of experiment
*
Good command of spoken and written English
*
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
*
Fast learner with good analytical skill and problem solving skill
