Industrial Engineer Manager – Textile Manufacturer , Chonburi, Thailand

Job description :
Responsibilities: * Advising on the development and compliance with all current operating standards within the manufacturing process, work measurement and process development such as by re-layout and line balancing * Establish work method, determine standard time of each production post, and Determine workload of each operator position * Determine the most efficient, cost effective and ergonomic organization, which assures the quality and quantity of the production. * Provide support to management in the determination of manning level and machine required on each post in company to make a given production * Measure and determine performance indicator * Improve ergonomic conditions and environment. * Develop information systems as required and proved necessary control of information

Qualifications :
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering * At least 5 years relevant experience in Industrial Engineer (in management level will be advantage). * Preferably knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, ISO, TQM, QC Tools, AATCC, and cost reduction methods with quality management. * Strong personality, good leadership, self – confidence with excellent communication and supervise skills. * Good in both written and spoken English.
