R&D Director , Hong Kong

Job description :
Reporting to the senior management of the Battery Group, you will be in-charge of the R&D team in leading battery development, testing and research projects. You are also responsible for product manufacturability and recommend process control.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should possess: - Degree holder in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science. PhD/Master degree is preferred. - In depth knowledge and hands-on experience in battery design and development. Rechargeable lithium technology will be an asset. - The successful candidate must have solid track record in new product development. - Must possess good vision regarding future technological development and have a strong passion for product excellence and customer satisfaction. - Industry experience is strongly preferred. - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. - Willing to travel as needed.
