Job description :
Responsibilities:
*
Implement QA process throughout the product lifecycle from new product development through sourcing and production
* Implement QA prevention-based strategies that ensure the highest quality, International regulatory compliance, safety and performance of products at the lowest possible cost
* Develop product safety and reliability specifications
* Liaison with Team in design, development, and production to provide quality related parameters
* Conduct factory audits and evaluations and make sure all OEM sub-contractors and vendors meet international standards and customers' requirement
* Monitor cost and efficiencies of testing laboratories' services
* Determine root cause analysis of process and product issues. Implement CAP's

Qualifications :
*
Degree in Engineering discipline
*
Minimum 3 years of work experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in PRC manufacturing environments or Test Lab preferred
*
Excellent knowledge in US and International quality standards, toys and/or consumer products
*
Strong ability in communicating effectively with customers worldwide, test labs, OEM sub-contractors and vendors on quality related issues
*
Good command of English and Mandarin is preferred
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
