Job description :
1. Establish our Foundation’s mission with a Global presence and identified primary objectives to targeted, aided groups:
2. Assist the Director-In-Charge in developing a yearly fundraising strategy complete with a Calendar of Events to be presented before Foundation Board of Trustees annual meeting.
3. Assist the Director-In-Charge in developing a yearly Fundraising Budget which should be tabled for approval before the Foundation Board of Trustees annual meeting.
4. Ensure that all fundraising activities meet with the Companies Commission (or relevant body) requirements, the Charities Act (where applicable), insurer’s requirements are adequate and up to date and all other relevant statutes.
5. To ensure governance procedures are in line with Charity Commission (or relevant body) best practice including the recruitment, selection and induction of Board members and production of timely reports.
6. Ensure that all legal, financial and charitable obligations are met as a charity and limited company.
7. Create Criteria for Monitoring and Outcome Evaluation to gauge whether projects are on track and how to re-track.
8. Update Website(s) with updates on current projects.
9. Create marketing collaterals to extend awareness of the work of the Foundations and the Company internally and externally.
10. Work with strategic alliance partners who are Foundations, NGOs or have excellent access to society groups and launch projects that make a deep impact on local society with positive media exposure.
11. Harness the potential of the spirit of giving of our employees and customers.
12. Create Communication documents for Trustees, Directors, our customers, the Media and Press, the General Public and Groups e.g. Rotary.
