Job description :
Primary Responsibilities:
*
Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
*
Responsible for interfacing with clients to assist in home search and relocation services
*
Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
*
Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales
*
Drive sales and leasing through existing corporate network
*
Source and develop new client relationships

Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years working experience in HK real estate market; experience with corporate clients an advantage
*
EAA Licence holder
*
Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills
*
Personable and able to build relationships with prospective clients
*
Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
*
Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Multilingual skills including Chinese, German or Japanese are a plus.
