Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership in functional testing (manual and automation) and localization testing for the Company's websites across the Asia Pacific region
* Manage quality and negotiate risk of software development projects with stakeholders.
* Drive cross team quality improvement initiatives.
* Support the team’s overall quality strategy focused on defect detection and prevention.
* Work closely with Program Management, Development, Test and Project Management to improve the way we build software and innovate as a team.
* Work with your test leadership peers in software development organization to collect and share best practices.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* 6+ years experience in the software development industry, including 4+ years in a QA/Testing position and 2+ years as a QA/Test manager.
* Extensive experience of improving software QA processes and test automation tools.
* Several years experience in manual, automation, performance and localization testing.
* Proficient in programming concepts and web technologies.
* Deep knowledge of risk based testing and mitigation.
* Experience with quality management at all aspects of software development lifecycle including test tools, methodologies, architecting for testability and improved coding practices.
* Excellent analytical, communication and relationship building skills.
* Experience working in numerous software development lifecycles. Knowledge of Agile approaches such as Scrum is ideal.
* Knowledge of ecommerce environment is considered an asset.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
