Job description: * Responsible for planning, organizing, running and controlling all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations * Works closely with marketing to develop marketing plans and promotions * Participate in pre-opening development projects and strategies * Good knowledge in French cuisine within a fine dining environment
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * University degree in hospitality management or related disciplines * 5 years restaurant experience of which 3 years in management capacity within a hotel environment * Native in spoken and written English a must. French will be a plus * Effective communicates skills, excellent service attitude and high control in compliance and standard
