Develop and implement marketing strategies to anchor the Group’s brand position within the customer segments
*
Formulate & implement communication strategy for the hotel and catering businesses
*
Oversee the planning and daily operation of corporate communications and promotion campaigns for the Group
*
Enhance and maintain fruitful relationship with local news, feature, business, property, entertainment, English media and trade press and international press etc.
*
Initiate, administer media functions and advertising campaign to enhance corporate image and drive revenue growth
*
Oversee the copy-write, edit and proof-reading of all the collateral copies and press releases.
*
Initiate relevant market research to continuously benchmark performance of the business units against key competitors as well as understand customers’ needs and customer segmentation as a basis for future business strategies and initiatives
*
Hands-on working knowledge of the hotel industry within Hong Kong and Macau, keeping up-to-date with latest competitor activities

Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Degree in Marketing / Communications, hospitality management or related disciplines
*
10 years relevant experience of which 5 years must be in management capacity within a hotel environment
*
Overseas exposure a plus
*
Native in spoken and written English, with foreign exposure a plus
*
Effective management skills. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning process
*
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
*
Self-starter and a team leader, creative, organized and strong business sense
*
Good communications & presentation skills
