Job Summary: * Assist Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in maintaining the daily operation of the Hotel’s Western Kitchen * Ensure efficient ordering and production of high quality food items

Qualifications :
Job Requirements: * Degree or above, with diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is preferred * 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably with open kitchen operation experience * Knowledge in Food & Hygiene sanitation practices and cost controlling procedures * Self-disciplined with good leadership skills * Independent and able to work under pressure * Hospitable and organized * A good team player and able to develop sound working relationship with all colleagues * Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
