	Job description : Responsibilities: * Supervise the banquet sales team to achieve the established revenue target * Conduct departmental training and coach team members whenever it is necessary * Ensure smooth operation of the banquet sales team * Communicate with chefs, banquet operations and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the department * Conduct SWOT analysis for wedding packages and strategic plan * Prepare marketing plan and departmental budget

	Qualifications : Requirement: * Minimum 5 years relevant experience, especially in Wedding Banquets/ Cocktails Parties/ Celebrations preferred * Self-driven to achieve business targets * Strong leadership and organization skills * Knowledge of hotel systems is preferable * Excellent command of spoken and written English
