Job Responsibilities:

Delivery and developing assorted competitive high quality of the Wine & Spirits and Liquor and the quality of the alcohol products of assigned categories for meeting our customer needs, ensuring that the merchandise plan able to achieve the sales, profit and income are meet the company targets.
*
You are also required to conduct the market research for developing competitive wine & spirits and Liquor and the quality of the alcohol products category management strategies plan, concepts and market price.
*
You will be actively involved in negotiating with the vendors on price, stock management as well as the seasonal promotional plan so to maintain a competitive marker price and a high gross profit for the company.
*
Liaison with the Marketing Department about the product development and the seasonal promotional event to increase the profitability and selling plan.
*
Working closely with the retail and sales management to ensure the store layouts promotional plan are effectively in maximizing the sales and profit from the Wine & Spirits and Liquor merchandise category.
*
Establish and maintain the effective profit margin and the price controls which maximize business profits whilst delivering a good value offer to the customers.
*
Negotiation and work with vendors to build strong relationships to maintain long-term strategic business associates / partnerships.

Qualifications :
Essential Job Role :
*
Degree holder with a solid buying retail chain or high-end supermarket merchandise category management of 4 - 5 years working experience in retail chain FMCG or with Wine & Spirits and Liquor or any quality of alcohol products.
*
Passionate, enjoy working in a dynamic, people-oriented person able to work with the fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
* Excellent presentation and effective communicator, influencing skills, negotiation skills.
* Excellent sourcing network and contractual management in household commodities general merchandise is a must.
* Excellent analytical skill, well-planned and acute market sense.
* Detail-oriented person who is responsible, resourceful, self-motivated and able to deal with multi-tasks.
* Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
*
Must be positive and pro-active with a "can-do" working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
*
Must be fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
