Job description :
Responsibilities: The candidate will report to the General Manager and is responsible for planning and managing restaurant operation including standards of service, guest satisfaction, staff training, performance and the financial results of the restaurant.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements * Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Management or related experience * Min. 5 years' related experience in Hotel and Catering preferably in sizeable company * Passionate, committed champion of high quality and innovative food and service experiences * Have the ability to work across a multi cultural environment and with employees at all levels * Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills * Fluent in English
