Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning on marketing, promotion and profit & loss of the restaurant
- Prepare & implement business plan to achieve set objectives
- Lead all guest components including excellent food quality, guest service and restaurant hygiene through your team

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the catering industry or related business, with minimum 3 years in a management position
- Knowledge of food and labour cost is a must
- Ability to solve problems and effective people management skills
- Good organization, analytical and good interpersonal skills
- Be available to work different shifts and weekend
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- With Banquet Sales experience is an advantage
