Requirements : * Diploma in Building or its equivalent. * Minimum 5 years relevant site experience in site coordination and supervision. * Able to coordinate with subcontractors. * Able to prepare shop drawings and well-versed with AutoCAD is a definite advantage.

Job Description: We seek an experienced, intuitive, and innovative designer for new and existing web application based projects meant to entice the target audience and enhance and improve their online experience with rich content, within tight deadlines. In conjunction with other teams, the Web Designer will also be involved in some development work, ensuring that existing sites are current, and if necessary, make improvements or updates to reflect technological trends as well as business milestones and goals.

Requirements: * Preferably those with experience in video editing, but fresh graduate are encourage to apply * Good in written and spoken English & Mandarin * Well-verse in editing software (Dps Velocity Q / Adobe Premier), Adobe After Effects & Photoshop, good command in other related software and editing hardware and equipment will be an added advantage * Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous, creative and passion in video editing * Able to work long hours and under minimum supervision
