Job description :
Purpose: The key responsibility of this job is to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of picture requests received by sales team. The development of customer service is the key to the growth of Corbis within the wider market place. Responsibilities: * Ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of picture requests received by Corbis using both the digital and film archives. * Close collaboration with Sales Team regarding client specifications, and final selection of appropriate images. * Periodically meeting with other researcher executives in the region in order to share the experience and discuss the workflow * Perform image research and editing using proprietary software tools to fulfil clients’ requests for images. * While still sensitive to quality issues, an ability to work quickly and efficiently across a variety of search engines and in-house sales applications. * Maintaining the highest levels of client service at all times. Working with the Sales Account Executives and Account Managers to adapt and develop Corbis’ services to answer the needs of the client. * Demonstrating a sound knowledge of the many Corbis collections. * Collating and providing feedback on Corbis systems, content needs, market trends and unfulfilled requests * Participates in the Sales Team activities * Assisting Sales Development, providing feedback and input on marketing / sales initiatives. * Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications :
Qualifications/skills: * Must be computer literate - having used a library image retrieval system and or web based search programs, PC or MAC competency * A moderate level of knowledge of current events, personalities, and history * A moderate level of visual awareness and detail plus an understanding of picture usage is necessary. * Candidates must demonstrate a high standard of general knowledge - preferably educated to degree level. * Creative, attentive to details and able to work under pressure * Strong at interpersonal communications * Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * At least 2 years of working experience, working in similar industry will be a plus
