Job description :
Job Scope:
Accountable for technical engagements, from pre-sales, consulting & services to post-sales for IN to customers in the mobile operator segment.
Job Responsibilities:
*
Design and build solutions that meet customer needs, by understanding business concerns, challenges and architecture of the customer
*
Validate architecture and recommend appropriate products, with a view to customer's needs and price pressure points
*
Engage customer closely and influence technical mindset of the customer in the sales phase
*
Perform technical risk evaluation of proposed design
*
Gather customer feedback and work with inside teams to meet their requirements

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
*
Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent
*
At least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in the telecom sector
*
Background in the telecom sector is mandatory
*
Strong understanding of Intelligent Network is compulsory
*
Candidates from a vendor or consulting background preferred
*
Strong background in either pre-sales or delivery for IN and Systems Integration
*
Should possess commercial understanding of business benefits and ROI and also business process workflow
*
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
*
Able to travel as per business requirements though most opportunities would likely be focused in the Malaysian market
