Job description :
Responsibilities: • Delivering core leadership modules within a Health & Safety programme to front line managers within both practical and classroom based environments. • The opportunity to develop, update and improve programme content and material based upon delegate and “in field” feedback. • Work dynamically within a team of 15 trainers and programme designers. • Mentor and support new instructors as they are recruited. • Report to and liaise with programme manager. • Deliver and translate material into your native language when required.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: • Applicants must have a high proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as being fluent in their native tongue. • 23+ physically fit with valid passport. • Experience within the Oil and Gas industry and subsequent knowledge of all relevant Health & Safety issues would be considered an advantage. • Degree qualification or equivalent in teaching and minimum of one year teaching or training experience. • Computer literate. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Personal maturity and proven ability to work in a team.
