Job description :
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project scheduling, coordination, execution and budgetary control.
• Participate in reviewing tenders, contracts and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with government authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure approvals are obtained timely.
• Liaise and work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with reputable property developers in project management.
• Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills.
• Independent and resourceful.
• Hands on knowledge of ISO or any other quality procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• We also welcome the applications from those with more than 15 years experience for General Manager position.
