Job description :
Responsibilities: * Responsible for design of manufacturing processes, layouts of manufacturing plants, tools, jigs, and assembly lines. * Develops new ways to manufacture, assembly and test components, parts, or sub assemblies for lower cost and faster delivery of products. * Conducting time study, process optimization and proper line balancing * Setting standard material usage for standard costing
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * At least 3 years experience in CNC Machining industry * Knowledge of jigs and fixtures design is required * Experience in CAD /CAM / SOLIDWORKS / UNIGRAPHIC is preferred * Basic costing knowledge * Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage * Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering * Creative and able to work under minimal supervision
