Job Description:
• Conduct training and presentation to prospects and distributors on company business opportunities and products
• Design, implement and consistently improve appropriate, duplicable training formats (both basic and advance modules) and materials
• Evaluate and follow up on distributors' progress to provide timely motivation, guidance and support for their business growth
• Co-ordinate with other team members in planning monthly schedules for road-shows and opportunity meetings throughout Malaysia

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
• Possess a University Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Motivated, dynamic, self-driven and independent
• Good oral and writing skills in any two major languages
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Some working experience as a trainer would be an added advantage
