Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Handle the full spectrum of HR function, including manpower planning and recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, industrial relation, and other HR related support services;
* Develop, review and maintain HR policies and ensure adherence;
* Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on matters pertaining to human resource and industrial relations.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Degree In Human Resource Management or other related discipline;
* At least 6 years relevant experience, preferably in Retail Industry;
* Well-versed in Malaysian employment law and practices
* Possess good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
