Manage the whole recruitment process from sourcing the candidates, interviewing them and ensure successful selection of candidates. * Short listing and screening of CV. * Sourcing the right candidates as per the requirements. * Short-listing the candidates by taking Telephonic or Personal Interviews * Search for CVs through database and head hunting from other sources such as newspapers and job portals * To maintain good customer relationship and close contacts with business counterparts * To develop and implements comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet business needs * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
