• Full-spectrum of back-office HR services and operations, including orientation and oversee of recruitment activities.
• Work closely with Shared Services on payroll verification and service improvement, eg, SOPs, IT System, including eRecrutiment and eHR.
• Partnership with Shared Services Consultants on Shared Services transition, including, benefits alignment and community development.
• Plan and support new Business Units relocation, eg, on-board settlement and cost recovery.
