Job description :
Responsibilities :
* Manage the HR and Administration Department with responsibility for full spectrum of HR and Administration functions encompassing Recruitment & Selection, Organisational Development, Manpower & Succession Planning, Employee Relations & Welfare, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Office maintenance & renovation and Management of Company's assets.
* Develop and implement HR and Administration strategies in support of the Company's objectives.
* Assist the Company in meeting and observing the statutory and legislative requirements with regards to employee relations/industrial relations.
* Formulate, review and enhance the Company's HR and Administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company quality standards

Qualifications :
Requirements :
* Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
* At least 8-10 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity
* Well-versed in Malaysian Labour Laws, Statutory and Regulations
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
