Responsibilities:
* Provides day to day resourcing support that enables the company to continuously improve the quality for staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future.
* To source candidates through innovative and cost effective means that strengthens the company’s position as an Employer of Choice.
* To partner with HR Business partners to provide quality recruitment services and support to meet resourcing needs for business.
* Provide support to the Recruitment Admin Manager in ensuring the smooth resourcing of the various countries and business units.
* Continually review and improve the services provided by the employment agencies and head hunters
* Selection of preferred list of employment agencies and head hunters to ensure quality service delivery.
* Partner with advertising agency to achieve the desired employment advertisements for the company.
* Work with Assessment centres such as SHL to apply the appropriate tools to the candidates.
* Advertise Business HR on the effective channels of sourcing for candidates.
* Understand the role profiles and undertake the initial screening and short listing of candidates.
* Provide reports on recruitment costs, recruitment numbers, length of recruitment, etc.
