Key Requirements:
* Qualified applicants will currently possess a Degree / Masters Degree / Ph.D. in Industrial/ Occupational Psychology
* Qualified applicants will have post graduate business experience in an applied I/O manner; assessment, selection and development for 3-5 years for Consultant level and 5-10 yrs for Senior Consultant level. Consulting Analyst can be new / recent graduates.
* Excellent command of written and communication Putonghua (Mandarin) and English is a must.
* History of progressive client engagement and involvement.
* Demonstrated business development experience.
* Experience designing assessment driven employee selection and development programs.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Strong report writing skills
* Experience designing research around client-specific needs (Validity Generalization, Criterion Validation, ROI, etc.)
* Ability to engage in mentoring relationships with junior staff.
