Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain existing and new market
* Propose the management on sales / marketing strategy
* Conduct frequent analysis and make necessary recommendations proposals / solutions to the comments collected from the field
* To monitor and identify changes in trends, distributors and customers’ needs
* Able to organize and conduct presentation for trainings / meetings
* Build up rapport with our distributors
* Travel outstation / overseas to carry out the duties

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing
* At least 3 years experience in MLM industry
* Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
* Computer literate
* Analytical and willing to work long hour
* Must possess your own car to travel outstation
* Good communication skill and work in a team
