Job description :
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Identify, evaluate and select appropriate/competitive suppliers (manufacturers) for health and beauty products
* Lead the negotiations with manufacturers/vendors in supply demand planning, price negotiations and process improvement
* Maintain knowledge of market conditions and supplier-based activity that affect product quality and material availability
* Support the product development managers in the active management of strategic vendors, including ongoing vendor rating and periodic commercial review meetings
* Co-ordinate on shipment fulfillment, product liability insurance and QA testings

Qualifications :
Pre-Requisites:
* Degree in Business or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG enviroment
* Experience working with personal care / cosmetics and nutritional supplements preferred
* Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
* Strong commercial experience in sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance assessment and product development
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Proactive, hands-on and process driven with excellent problem solving and strategic planning skills
* Willing and able to travel
