Job description :
Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety, proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory
• To ensure that all materials / finished goods are identified, labeled, preserved and stored in the designated storage area.
• To issue materials / finished goods based on FIFO to avoid any damage or deterioration of materials / goods.
• To coordinate with QA Department on incoming material inspections and rejected materials.
• Establish procedures that maximize the physical control of inventory within his/her jurisdiction.
• To be responsible for the logistics of finished goods delivery to customer.
• Develop training requirements and schedules to ensure that the competency level of the employees is optimized.
• Ensure that proper preventative maintenance practices are maintained and utilized such that the cost of equipment is optimized over the normal life of the equipment.
• Ensure that materials are provided to production as required in order to minimize production down time.
• Maintain budgetary control over the operational expenses.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required.

Qualifications :
Requirement:
• Diploma or higher in related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in inventory control, with 2 years in warehouse management.
• Hands on experience in ISO9001 Quality Management System.
• PC literate and familiar with ERP system
• Good leadership skills, initiative and a strong drive for success with good understanding of total customer satisfaction.
