Mission:
* Responsible for Continuous Improvement strategy, activities, management control system and cost saving program.
* Develops and creates the continuous improvement culture through Lean, Six Sigma, Benchmark, CAP and BSC.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible of Continuous Improvement Department composed of Lean Sigma, Methods and Process Engineer
* Lead and coordinate with production managers according to inter-site benchmarking
* Ensures the execution of company savings projects (CAP) through Lean and Six Sigma methodology
* Collaborate with all sections/departments to achieve the company targets through Balanced Scorecard
* Manage execution of company wide functions for continuous improvement and Best In Class article
* Ensures the execution of improvements in each workshop; yield, productivity, flow and operating cost
* Support all sections and departments with Lean Sigma resources; tools, training and Lean Sigma certification

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
* At least 5 years’ experienced in production managerial level in manufacturing company
* Strong background in productivity, quality improvement systems and management skills
* Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map knowledge
* Six Sigma, DMAIC and / or DFSS knowledge
* Experienced in Lean Manufacturing and / or Lean for Services
* Strong leadership and influencing skillset
* Fluent English communication and Computer literature
