Job description :
Primary Responsabilities:
*
Overall responsible for raw materials and finished goods stores as well as shipping.
*
To ensure good housekeeping, safety and accuracy of stocks.
Duties:
1.
Ensure safety, proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory
2.
To ensure that all materials / finished goods are identified, labeled, preserved and stored in the designated storage area.
3.
To issue materials / finished goods based on FIFO to avoid any damage or deterioration of materials / goods.
4.
To coordinate with QA Department on incoming material inspections and rejected materials.
5.
Establish procedures that maximize the physical control of inventory within his/her jurisdiction.
6.
To be responsible for the logistics of finished goods delivery to customer.
7.
Develop training requirements and schedules to ensure that the competency level of the employees is optimized.
8.
Ensure that proper preventative maintenance practices are maintained and utilized such that the cost of equipment is optimized over the normal life of the equipment.
9.
Ensure that materials are provided to production as required in order to minimize production down time.
10.
Maintain budgetary control over the operational expenses.
11.
To perform any other tasks as and when required.

Qualifications :
Education And Experience Requirements:
*
Diploma or higher in related field.
*
Minimum 4 years experience in inventory control, with 2 years in warehouse management.
*
Hands on experience in ISO9001 Quality Management System.
*
PC literate and familiar with ERP system
*
Good leadership skills, initiative and a strong drive for success with good understanding of total customer satisfaction.
