Job description :
Responsibilities:-
* To manage a transport fleet of 60 prime movers in Malaysia.
* Daily supervisory monitoring of assigned Operations Team.
* To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations are maintained.
* To identify and materialize areas of improvement by way of business process re-engineering or training & development.
* Complete, accurate and timely monitoring of specific operational and financial Key Performance Indicators for both internal and client circulation.
* To coordinate with other HOD pertaining matters for the smooth running of the business operation.
* To ensure production resources such as materials, machine, and manpower are properly planned according to planning schedule.

Qualifications :
Requirements:-
* Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
* Relevant working experience in Warehouse, Transportation or Freight Forwarding operations.
* At least 3 years of working experience in a similar or related position.
* Experience working in a logistics systems driven work environment.
* Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent proactive problem solving, analytical, statistical process control and leadership skills are necessary.
* Applicant must be 30 – 45 years of age
* Must be fluent in written/spoken English/Mandarin and Malay
