Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Drive country growth by establishing the FMCG business unit in the region
* Provide customized, integrated client solutions in ocean freight, distribution, freight forwarding, warehousing
* Develop appropriate financial budgets and KPIs associated with new (and/or existing) client contracts, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
* Liaise at the appropriate level to ensure customer retention, development and growth of new business.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in leading a customized, integrated client solutions in logistics including ocean freight, distribution, freight forwarding and warehousing
* Troubleshooting to manage client expectation and manage business outcomes
* Experienced in integrated logistics supply chain management and its role in the following areas: procurement, manufacturing, production control, warehousing, inventory management, materials handling systems, transport and distribution, information systems, reverse logistics.
* Provide leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of high performance.
* Outstanding customer service and vendor management experience
* Good business acumen / commercial sense and sound knowledge of the Logistics industry.
* Solid success in marketing of 3PL to major multinationals, development and presentation of logistics solutions, contract negotiations and project management for new businesses
