Responsibilities :
• Reporting to the Corporate Head of Manufacturing, the selected candidate will lead a team of subject matter experts to drive standardized engineering & maintenance excellence initiatives across all group manufacturing facilities. The position is a corporate role overseeing several mega-sized manufacturing plants including oil refineries and petrochemical facilities.
• He/she will lead teams of highly qualified experts from areas like E&M Strategy, Rotary and Static Equipment, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil Engineering, Spares, Contracts, and E&M Training & Development; drive maintenance strategy and policy development and monitor their compliance; Assist in building world class maintenance systems, tools & techniques and models; drive implementation of latest techniques like TPM (total productive maintenance),
• Integrated maintenance management system, Six sigma etc.; and drive implementation of innovative maintenance supply chain management solutions
• The selected candidate will help maximise plant capacity utilization, yield, reliability and safety at the lowest cost; assist in training (including content development, delivery and certification) and in developing knowledge management systems with specific reference to corporate E&M programs.
• Other responsibilities include suggestions for cost reduction opportunities; installation of effective Performance Management Systems and conduct of Compliance Audits; and provision of expert inputs into new plant design from a maintenance perspective
• Key Result Areas will include Maintenance Excellence; Plant Uptime, Reliability and Safety; Productivity & Cost; Compliance; and Talent and Capability building

Qualifications :
Requirements :
• Ideal candidates will be engineering graduates from premier institutes with at least 20~25 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance of large and complex refining, chemicals or petrochemicals plants.
• They should have in-depth knowledge and expertise in global best practices, multi-location standardisation, world-class systems, models, tools and techniques. They should be familiar with leading large teams of technical experts and manage the entire Maintenance Supply Chain.
• They should ideally have a strong track record of driving excellence programs in large multi-site corporate environment; and strong Leadership, Analytical, Planning & Execution, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
