The Job: * Oversee studies, lab experiments and simulations on new products or processes * Monitor trial runs of new products or processes at production lines * Continually upgrade competency of R&D team * Accommodation or transport allowance is provided
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Recognised degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering * Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment * Sound knowledge on current and emerging lab best practices * Good communication, leadership and people-management skills * A team player who is organised and able to work with minimal supervision
