Job description :
Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for new product development and improvement on range of electrical appliances * Ensure the smooth transition from the engineering process right up to production stages * To design and develop electrical appliances and passive parts such as electrical circuit board, plastic parts for the appliance as well as related active products. * To improve on existing product design and features. * To design tool and die for plastic injection product (for Tool & Die engineer). * To prepare engineering detail designs for manufacturing. * To coordinate with production department on prototype manufacturing. * To fabricate and test run of production moulds and jigs/fixtures before handover to production for mass production. * Perform cost analysis on new products or changes to current products * Drive and execute project by coordinating the various function and communicating project status periodically.

Qualifications :
Job requirements: * Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Design) * At least 2 years of work experience * Required skill: MS Office familiar with Word & Excel * Preferred Skill(s): Knowledge of ProEngineer or 3-D CAD * Optional Skill(s): C++ or AutoCAD. * Analytical aptitude with problem-solving skills and attention to details. * Innovative and mature thinking and able to work independently. * Always up-to-date with current trends and technologies in the industry * Experience related to manufacturing will be helpful * Pleasant work disposition with an ability to converse and write well in English and Bahasa * Additional ability to converse in other languages will be helpful
