Job description :
Job Responsibility: * Assist in the research of functional ingredients to implement designated new products. * Formulate new products utilizing internal bench top prototypes and pilot plant trials. * Assist in some department functions ( e.g., sensory program, shelf life testing, label legal claims, product specifications, product/packaging improvements, nutritional labeling ). * Develop, enhance, and implement procedures to support these functions. * Assisting R&D Exec in the test kitchen concept as a test baker for product development projects assigned. * Support QC routine operations: - Incoming, Inprocess and outgoing chemical and physical analysis. - Monthly QA dept data analysis. - Improve and develop new procedures in area of oils & fats testing. * Prepare samples for potential buyers / customers as requested. * Other projects which deemed necessary for process improvement / plant improvement.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements: * Diploma in Science, Food Science or equivalent. * Demonstrated excellence in communications, leading, and motivating others across a range of disciplines. * Strong working knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, ingredient supply market, and market research practices. * Understand food science applications, sensory principles, nutritional programs, labeling, & package design.
