Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Manager , Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job description :
• Reporting to the Regional Technical Director, you will manage all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in Asia. A key deliverable is to implement the Environment Policy and Quality Management System in Asia. • You will coordinate the implementation of the Health & Safety, Environmental Management System (EMS) and Quality Processes within Asian subsidiaries, based on Dalkia’s EMS documentation and standards, and subsequently follow-up on audits for compliance. • Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of ISO 14001 on sites, as well as support Dalkia subsidiaries in obtaining OSHAS 18001 certification. • At the same time, you will be responsible for reducing identifiable risks in the workplace to ensure staff safety and asset integrity. You will also compile group reports on environment issues, as well as support subsidiaries on environmental audits and impact surveys.

Qualifications :
To be successful, you need to possess: * Degree in environment, mechanical, electrical engineering or a relevant discipline. * Eight years’ hands-on experience with ISO and EMS implementation * Excellent communication skills in English, basic understanding of Mandarin is an advantage * Good team player who is able to work effectively across different cultures * Able to travel within Asia as required
