Quality Assurance Manager , Malaysia

Job description :
Job Duties: * To manage product quality standard in accordance with customers' requirements and standards * To ensure the compliance of company quality standards and to strive for customer satisfactory for the services and quality * To deal with customers in resolving quality related issues and act as focal to communicate the issues with internal teams for problem solving * To make sure the operation of QA team is effective and efficient * To promote and cultivate Quality culture by conducting orientation and training in Quality Concept * To lead the PRC QC team, develop in-house QC operation procedures, inspection requirements and make sure the team delivers the right output * To provide professional advice on Quality System and handle Quality related requests from line companies and factories

Qualifications :
Requirements: * University graduate in Textile / Clothing / Quality Management or related discipline * Minimum 5 years’ working experience in quality assurance of lingerie wear especially bra production, plus minimum 3 years’ working experience at supervisory level * Knowledge in ISO9001/TQM/System Management/Quality Statistics * Knowledge in factory operation and system * Good command of both written and spoken English. Able to speak and read Chinese are an advantage * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Customer oriented, and with strong analytical power and effective supervisory skills
