Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least SPM / Vocational Diploma or short course certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent * Preferable with 3 years working experience in Chinese Cuisines * Able to lead and have good team work in the kitchen * Good at evaluating the quality of food products to ensure quality standards * Cost conscious and flair in food creativity * Candidate without certificates but with over 10 years related work experience will also be considered * Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin or Chinese dialects preferred
