Job Specification :
• At least 30 years old, Male
• Graduate of BS Accountancy. Preferably with masteral units,
• Must be CPA
• At least 10 years work experience. At least 5 year supervisory or managerial experience in the real estate industry focused in managerial accounting, controllership, financial planning, budgeting, and government reporting and tax administration.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office. With experience on accounting based system.
