Job Description: * Key member of the organization’s Business Planning Unit & Financial team with the primary focus of business planning and financial/operational analysis of the company’s Philippines division * Analyze financial data, define relevant information, interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance to project future financial probability * Supports business planning initiative by developing integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making * Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the accounting system * Develop and improve standard business planning methodologies and processes * Assist with preparation and analysis of monthly close, monthly forecast, monthly budget monitoring and annual plan * Interact with internal and external service partners as required * Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed * Error free data entry within an Excel environment required

Qualifications :
Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent, 2+ years of professional experience * Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, expert knowledge of Excel * Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a broader perspective as required * Intuitive problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and creative thinking ability * Demonstrated partnering skills and enthusiastic demeanor * Ability to meet rigorous deadlines * Passion for understanding the business and how to improve it * Adaptable and open to change in response to business changes and process enhancements * Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective and persistent follow-through * Strong command of spoken and written English required Desired Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Finance or MBA degree or equivalent * Knowledge of the BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) industry is preferred
