Job description :
Scope of responsibility:
*
Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. (Monthly, quarterly & yearly)
*
Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing process
*
Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity
*
Work closely with departments to prepare project related financial reports.
*
Coordinate miscellaneous audits, including year-end audit
*
Manage the Accounting and Collections departments
*
Lead budget and estimating process and work to align accounting process
*
Improve the nature of and insight from the reporting process and work to build processes that link into the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis process
*
Take lead responsibility for accurate management and forecasting of cash requirements and have demonstrated experience in that area.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Preferably male
*
Minimum 5 years experience as a Controller in BPO/Call Center Industry
*
5- 10 Years experience in all aspects of accounting
*
5 years of proven supervisory experience
*
Exceptional communication skills
*
Proficient knowledge of Excel, as well as problem solving and analytical skills
*
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
*
CPA certification a must
*
With flexibility in schedules
