Job Description :-
* Primary function is to assist the Finance Director and Financial Controller to analyze financial transactions and results, including the Co-Op and marketing spending, capital budget spending and other ad hoc analysis
* Analyze the actual financial operation results compared to AOP and prior year which include; but not limited to the following;
o Sales, Cost of Good Solds, and MC
o Cash Flow
o Inventory
o Accounts Receivables
o Co-op and marketing spending; including free drink budget control
o Capital budget spending
* Coordinates with plant personnel in collecting and analyzing overhead and expenses, capex, headcount, and other data
* Prepare monthly management report and board presentation
* Update and analyze company financial data and maintain key financial database to support management’s decision making process and discussion with security brokers/investors
* Assist the Financial Controller in all assigned projects
* Make recommendation for the improvement of company operation and performance
