Job description :
The Corporate Communications Manager reports directly to the Design Services & Corporate Communications Director and supports the department’s efforts in managing the company’s reputation, brand positioning, voice and relationships with the media and other key stakeholders.
This position will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Responsibilities:
• Design and execution of corporate communication plan for the following :
1. Internal Communication
a. Conceptualize, manage, implement internal branding initiatives/ programs.
b. Handling issues related to the company’s Products
c. Handling of Sensitive Issues involving Company Management
d. Crisis Management Program
2. External Communication
a. Plan/strategize and manage external integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns for the corporate brand of the Company.
b. Handling Customer inquiries and complaints
c. Handling media inquiries and comments
d. Clearing House for external communication

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Audio visual, power point presentation.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers with writing & editing skills, coordination & events management skills.
• Experience in developing plans, strategy and creative ideas
• Manage outbound media with other communications teammates and agency
• Must have strong project management experience, be able to respond to multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused
• Present a positive, professional image. Solid leadership skills required.
• Must have superior interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and client service oriented
• Must demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to articulate company direction and vision.
• Ability to work independently and be effective in a team setting.
