Job description :
Mandatory Skills:
* Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field;
* At least 2 years of proven track records in setup, support and troubleshooting in Windows Server OS ranging from NT, Win2K & Win2003 ;
* At least 1 years of experience in MS Active Directory & Windows Clustering;
* Experienced in other OS components/services related topics eg. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Proxy etc…
* Experienced in various backup software i.e. Netbackup, Backupexec, and Symantec Livestate
* Experiences in various imaging and deployment software i.e. Norton Ghost and MS SMS
* Experienced in various antivirus software i.e. Mcafee, Symantec etc
* Experienced in various enterprise HW i.e. MSL, BLADE and SAN Storage
* Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCSE 2000 or MCSE 2003;
* Experienced in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with customers ;
* Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
* Must be able to perform well under stressful situations
* Full of initiatives and energy;
* Flexibility to work on different sites and shifts
* Excellent in communication skills (both verbal and written);
* Tactful, pleasant personality, a team player.
