Job description :
Mandatory Skills:
* Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field;
* At least 1 years of proven track records in setup, support and troubleshooting in Windows desktop OS ranging from Win2k, WinXP and Vista. Windows Server OS will be an advantage
* At least 1 year of experience in MS Active Directory basic management eg. Account creation and groupings.
* Experienced in other Desktop OS components/services related topics eg. TCP/IP, Event viewer, etc.
* Experienced in various software i.e. MS Office, winzip, Acrobat reader , flash, etc..
* Experienced in various antivirus software i.e. Mcafee, Symantec etc
* Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCP 2000 or MCP 2003 will be an advantage
* Experienced in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with customers ;
* Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
* Flexibility to work on different sites and shifts
* Must be able to perform well under stressful situations
* Full of initiatives and energy;
* Excellent in communication skills (both verbal and written);
* Tactful, pleasant personality, a team player.
