Qualifications:
* Graduate of Computer Science, IS/IT or an equivalent of 8 to 10+ years of experience managing MS SQL server databases
* At least 3 to 5+ years as the senior / lead MS SQL Server DBA on all aspects of MS SQL2000 and 2005 with major responsibilities in an enterprise database environment.
* Hands-on experience implementing SQL Server 2000 / 2005 in a Windows clustered environment.
* Hands-on experience with disaster recovery techniques and database failure contingency planning including Windows 2003 multi-node clustering.
* Willlingness to work on-call DBA rotations in a 24x7 environment, and will be expected to handle a mix of database management and engineering responsibilities.
* Hands-on experience with running virtualized SQL environment in both clustered and non-clustered mode
* Expert knowledge of client connectivity TDS/TCP/IP packages
* Detail oriented with excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
