Job description :
The successful candidates will be tasked to perform the following:
Teach Korean students good and comprehensive English via reading, listening and comprehension exercises
Conduct free classes and level tests for potential students
Conduct online English classes as assigned by the Korean management
Prepare evaluation reports of the students' performance
Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management
Enhance students skill level in conversational English
Develop students' communicative skills and critical thinking ability
Vary teaching strategies according to various students capacities or levels of learning (starter, beginner, intermediate)

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Major in English/Teaching/Training or equivalent (LET passer is a plus).
Preferably has at least 1 yr. experience in man-to-man or online teaching.
English Language Proficient. Must be able to teach oral and written English communication skills effectively to Koreans. (American accent is a must.)
Must be skillful in using PC and Internet applications.
Have a good quality computer and Internet broadband connection (not WiFi).
Good moral character, responsible, flexible, dynamic, pleasing personality, resourceful and can work with minimum supervision.
